- NO Pets nor Animals of any kind shall be allowed at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal, and forfeiture of entire rental payment and a deep cleaning fee.
- Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.Â
- Early Check-Ins:  We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but CANNOT guarantee it. We charge a $75 fee for early check-ins (between 1 and 2 pm). Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. Many times, we have a quick turn with guests checking out at 10 am. Once our housekeeping team gets there, they'll be able to assess the condition of the house and determine how much work needs to be done to ensure the house is cleaned up to our standards, and ready for you. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home, our home inspectors come in to inspect the house to ensure it meets our standards.
