Owner & Founder of StillWater Stays

With more than a decade of experience in the vacation rental industry and deep roots in Northwest Florida, I created StillWater Stays with a simple belief:

Property management should feel personal.

I’ve seen firsthand that the best vacation rental experiences aren’t created by automated messages or a one-size-fits-all approach. They’re created by people who notice the details, care about the home, and genuinely care about the people on the other side of every reservation.

That belief has only deepened as I’ve become a mother. My children remind me every day of what truly matters—home, connection, and the importance of creating spaces where people feel safe, cared for, and at peace. That perspective shapes the way I approach every home and every guest we serve.

That’s the heart behind StillWater Stays.

For our guests, that means thoughtful hospitality, responsive local support, and a stay that feels effortless from beginning to end.

For our homeowners, it means having someone local who knows their property, values their investment, communicates openly, and treats their home with the same care I would want for my own family.

When I’m not working with guests or homeowners, you’ll often find me spending time with my children, out in the community, checking on homes, or enjoying the beautiful Northwest Florida coast that we’re blessed to call home.

We’re intentionally building StillWater Stays differently—growing thoughtfully so we never lose the personal relationships and hands-on service that matter most.
